Become a vital part of our customer-focused finance team. We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant with finance and customer service experience, preferably from the insurance sector.

In this role, you will assist brokers, manage client accounts, and support financial operations. Robust organizational and communication skills are a must, as well as familiarity with handling customer inquiries and reconciliations. Proficiency in Hindi and/or Punjabi is highly beneficial for effective client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process financing contracts accurately
• Manage client accounts and support brokers
• Conduct customer follow-ups for collections
• Perform policy data entry and maintain records
• Reconcile financing and insurance company accounts

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in finance or customer service
• Preferred experience in the insurance industry
• Familiarity with Power Broker software is a plus
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
