Skilled Knowledge & Experience
Ideal candidates have experience in office or school environments where organization and people‑management were key. They juggle priorities and deliver high‑level customer service to campus principals, teachers, parents, students and other visitors.

Education
A degree or diploma from a recognized college or university is an asset but not required.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant reports to the Campus Principal and is accountable for the following:

Communication and Marketing

Answer client inquiries via phone and/or email

Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction

Rebuild relationships with past clients and create campus growth opportunities

Actively build relationships with parents

Seek events, venues or sites that promote marketing

Clerical Support





Provide high‑quality clerical support to Western Canada Regional Manager

Communicate with and support teachers as needed

Co‑ordinate with other administrative assistants across campuses and headquarters

Organise and file student and campus information

Provide clerical support on non‑campus workdays

Systems and Regular Cycles

Assist with accurate school‑supply orders throughout the year, maintain precise bookkeeping records and support end‑of‑year inventory

Draft and update office policies and procedures

Assist with organisation of report cards and end‑of‑year certificates

Student Registrations and Database

Maintain an up‑to‑date Spirit of Math CRM

Manage registration lists for all math contests and associated deposits

Process student withdrawals

Maintain student‑information database throughout the school year

Assist with special campus events when time allows
