WCL seeks a dedicated Topman Helper for its water and sewer construction projects. Assist crews in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment on site.

As a Topman Helper, you will work alongside the Topman and other crew members to support underground construction efforts at WCL. Experience in this field is valued, but willingness to learn essential skills, such as trench support and grade control, is crucial. This position requires good physical condition and a commitment to job site safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Aid with trench safety and organization efforts
• Help check line, grade, and measure effectively
• Support pipe layers during installations
• Spot equipment and maintain workflow
• Stay committed to learning safety protocols

Requirements:
• Must possess a Class 5 Driver’s License
• WHMIS & CSTS 2020 (or willing to acquire)
• Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions
• Dependable and punctual with a focus on teamwork
• Robust willingness to learn and adapt
