Become a Physiotherapy Assistant for our Long Term Care facility in Kingsville, Ontario. Partner with residents to implement effective treatment plans and support their recovery.

In this position, you will operate under the supervision of the Physiotherapist, assisting with exercises and monitoring patient progress. Your role is crucial in promoting health and mobility among our residents while ensuring safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in conducting both group and individual exercise sessions
• Document treatment sessions and resident progress
• Facilitate secure transfers and mobility support
• Encourage residents in attaining their therapy goals

Requirements:
• Graduate from a Physiotherapy Assistant program or similar
• Excellent ability to multi-task in high-pressure environments
• Strong communication skills, particularly with elderly individuals
• Prior experience in Long Term Care is advantageous
• Valid police check for the Vulnerable Sector needed
