We are seeking a reliable and motivated Breakfast Cook to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality breakfast meals in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining exceptional food safety, cleanliness, and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook breakfast items including eggs, omelets, pancakes, waffles, bacon, sausage, hash browns, breakfast sandwiches, and other menu items.

Set up and stock the breakfast station before each shift with all required ingredients and supplies.

Ensure meals are prepared accurately, consistently, and served in a timely manner.

Follow standardized recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace health regulations.

Properly label, rotate, and store food products to minimize waste and maintain freshness.

Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages.

Assist with food preparation and kitchen cleaning duties as required.





Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure excellent guest service.

Qualifications

Previous breakfast cooking or line cook experience preferred.

Food Safe Certificate is an asset.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
