Responsibilities

Assist clients with insurance quotes and policy information

Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships

Help customers understand coverage options and recommend suitable policies

Follow up with leads and potential clients

Maintain accurate client records

Requirements

Active Fire & Casualty Insurance License

Strong communication and customer service skills
