Job Summary
As a Financial Services Representative, you will provide front‑line transactional services and advisory sales support to our members. Your responsibilities include understanding member financial needs, offering advice on deposits, credit, wealth referrals, and promoting Meridian’s products to enhance member financial well‑being.

Responsibilities

Perform daily front‑line banking transactions accurately and timely.

Identify and pursue advisory opportunities such as opening new accounts, offering credit, and wealth referrals.

Provide consultative service to Members, using strong listening and communication skills.

Maintain compliance with all internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with branch leadership and partner teams to execute retail strategy and grow member relationships.

Resolve member concerns with discretion and proactive action plans.

Qualifications





Post‑secondary education or equivalent experience in a financial services sales environment.

Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently, make decisions, and prioritize workload effectively.

Strong knowledge of computer systems and willingness to adopt new technologies.

Flexibility to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue‑generation and sales targets.

Benefits and Compensation
Salary Range: CAD 47,775 to 62,200 annually.
