Job Summary
Panelmatic is looking for the right candidate to fit into our dynamic team. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our company as a Packaging and Creation. As part of our team, you oversee and document the receiving of packages, parcels, and supplies, store items in the appropriate areas, and prepare items for shipping. This is a position that requires a highly organized personality. You must pay close attention to small details while managing the logistics of a high volume of items entering and leaving the facility.





Panelmatic is looking for the right candidate to fit into our dynamic team. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our company as a Cleaning/Crating technician. As part of our team, you clean, create, photograph, organize panels, parts, equipment, store items in the appropriate areas, and prepare items for shipping. This is a position that requires a highly organized personality. You must pay close attention to small details while managing the logistics of a high volume of items entering and leaving the facility.

Job Duties

Maintain shipping supplies

Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, JLG lift, Overhead Crane in accordance with company safety guidelines

Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and protected work environment

Setup layout and ensure effective space utilization

Ability to read blueprint drawings

Cleaning and crating of finished panels

Install Gasket materials in panels

Measure, Cut, Install Duct Cover in Panels

Operate radial arm and panel saw

Operate pneumatic nailer and stapler

Ability to read tape measure, use of power tools, hand tools

Rough framing carpentry skills

Layout skills to include building skids, crates, boxes, pallets





Drive 26ft box truck for deliveries (DOT medical card required)

Loading crated panels via forklift

Other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Two-plus years of experience operating a forklift required

Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite required

High levels of organizational and time management skills required

High levels of analytical, observational, and active listening skills required

Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check required

Ability to physically push, pull, and lift 50lbs or more required

Ability to sit, stand, and walk for four plus hours at a time required

Alignment with company core values required

Preferred Qualifications

Two plus years of experience in the carpentry or construction industry or roles preferred
