As Lifestyle Manager, you'll manage an inspiring team and coordinate programs that promote social, educational, and physical engagement among Community Members. This role emphasizes your ability to mentor volunteers, connect with new members, and continually enhance the overall service experience in our vibrant community. Your leadership will directly influence member happiness and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and coordinate enriching social activities for seniors
• Deliver the V!VAfit fitness programs effectively
• Track and evaluate attendance and participation in events




• Establish a robust volunteer program that encourages engagement
• Produce monthly newsletters and manage activity budgets

Requirements:
• At least 2 years in relevant social programming
• Degree or Diploma in a related health or recreational field
• Certification in fitness instruction desirable
• Robust interpersonal skills for diverse interactions
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to perform physical tasks
