Job Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain the operation on the automatic production system

Fix minor problems of the machines

Load and unload products from machine

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

Remove any defective products from the production line

Assist in the movement of materials using manual or mechanical equipment, such as pallet jacks

Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment when necessary

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operation of production

Meet daily production goals by completing tasks on time

Understand and follow instructions related to job duties and safety guidelines





Report any safety hazards, accidents, or incidents to supervisor or manager immediately

Requirements

Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately

Strong work ethic and a positive attitude

Punctual and dependable

Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team workplace

Lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time

Ability to work in various physical environments

Adhere to safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment

Willingness to use personal protective equipment as required and actively contribute to maintaining a safe workplace

Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands, priorities, and schedules
