Become an essential part of Big White Ski Resort as a Seasonal Inventory Coordinator this winter. This full time role emphasizes the effective management of food and beverage supply chains.

Reporting to the Inventory Manager, the Inventory Coordinator will handle receiving, storing, and tracking inventory levels of various goods. Precision in data entry and maintaining clean storage areas are critical functions of this position, ensuring smooth operations throughout the resort.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory of dry and frozen food products
• Conduct weekly ordering and maintain stock levels
• Update inventory spreadsheets with accurate costing details
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage spaces




• Change out garbage and recycling bins as required

Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Excel and Outlook
• Team-oriented with a collaborative work ethic
• Certified to operate an all-terrain forklift
• Strong organizational skills for efficient inventory handling
• Commitment to maintaining a sanitation-focused workspace
