We are hiring a Montessori Toddler Guide in Oshawa, Ontario, dedicated to fostering child development! The ideal candidate holds Montessori accreditation and is committed to creating a serene learning setting for toddlers.

This role focuses on children aged 18 months to 2.5 years, cultivating their independence, social, and emotional skills in line with Montessori principles. Ideal candidates will possess AMI or MACTE certification, and holding an RECE designation is an asset. Your responsibilities will include classroom leadership, maintaining Montessori materials, and ensuring compliance with Canadian standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a Montessori classroom environment with care
• Foster respectful engagement among toddlers




• Observe individual child development closely
• Maintain compliance with relevant regulations
• Communicate effectively with parents and educators

Requirements:
• Accredited Montessori diploma from recognized institution
• RECE designation preferred
• Minimum 1-3 years working with toddlers in Montessori

• Current First Aid & CPR-C certification
