The System Flow Coordinator is a vital role within a 24-hour patient access service, responsible for overseeing patient consultations and movements in acute care. You'll interface with medical staff and patients to facilitate effective access to care, especially during off-hours when you're the management point of contact for issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee patient flow and access strategies in acute care

Requirements:
• 5 years of relevant nursing experience in acute care
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) preferred
