What You’ll Do
As a Personal Lines CSR, you’ll be the go-to resource for our clients providing expert advice, excellent service, and a personal touch. Your day-to-day will include:

Guiding new and existing clients on personal insurance coverage, limits, and options

Quoting, binding, and servicing personal lines policies with care and accuracy

Proactively reviewing policies and recommending improvements

Handling policy changes, renewals, and remarkets in clear, client‑friendly language

Supporting clients through claims, explaining procedures, and helping them feel confident

Collaborating with Producers and teammates to meet retention, sales, and service goals

Maintaining accurate documentation and staying compliant with industry standards

Who We’re Looking For





RIBO License (required)

Secondary school diploma or equivalent

1–2 years of insurance or customer service experience (preferred)

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask

Comfortable using broker management systems and insurer portals (SIG XP preferred)

CAIB and/or CIP designation encouraged

Compensation & Perks

Salary: $40,000 – $60,000 per year, based on experience
