Empower individuals in need as a Community-Based Addictions Case Manager at Peel Addiction Assessment & Referral Centre (PAARC). This full-time position allows you to support clients struggling with opioid use in varied community settings.

As a vital member of the Narcotic Treatment Program, your primary focus will be on managing clients' needs through assessments and ongoing support. You will connect individuals with essential resources while promoting a collaborative therapeutic workplace. This role requires flexibility, with 60-70% of work conducted in the community to effectively assist clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate client assessments and initiate treatment plans
• Deliver supportive case management and aftercare




• Manage crisis situations with effective intervention strategies
• Collaborate with community organizations for holistic care
• Maintain thorough and timely records for each client

Requirements:
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
• 2 years of experience in a related field
• CPR and First Aid certifications mandatory
• Understanding of trauma-informed care approaches
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
