Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain an effective Casa learning environment
• Implement Montessori lessons across various subjects




• Document children's learning in accordance with Montessori principles
• Foster respectful and independent classroom interactions
• Lead and mentor classroom assistants in best practices

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of Casa Montessori teaching experience
• Accredited Montessori diploma mandatory
• Solid classroom leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Eligible to work in Canada; French language skills are advantageous
