Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route to service, sell, and deliver uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor role.

Key Responsibilities

You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.

Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.

Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.

Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.

Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Skills/Qualifications

Valid, full, unrestricted Class 3 driver’s license.

Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.

High School diploma, GED, or military service.

Solid customer service orientation.

Self‑motivation and the drive to work in a team environment to meet goals.

Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
