Be a key player in early education as a Toddler Montessori Educator at Simply Smart Childcare. We are looking for trained guides who are passionate about nurturing young minds aged 1.5-2.5 years.

Ideal candidates will hold Montessori accreditation and have experience with toddler education within a Montessori framework. Your responsibilities will include developing tailored curricula, conducting student assessments, and maintaining thorough communication with families about their children's progress. This role also requires ensuring adherence to all educational standards and licensing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging curricula tailored to toddler development needs
• Assess children regularly and adjust learning plans accordingly




• Facilitate discussions with parents during meetings
• Ensure compliance with Ministry of Education regulations
• Help organize open house events for prospective families

Requirements:
• Montessori Infant/Toddler Diploma from a recognized AMI/MACTE institute
• Experience with toddlers in Montessori is preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Current Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification
• Transparent Vulnerable Sector Check
