Job Title: Quality Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and review customer–agent interactions (calls, case notes, etc.)

Evaluate compliance with business protocols and financial industry regulations





Apply standardized scoring rubrics to assess call quality and documentation

Identify deviations from process or compliance and score accordingly

Provide detailed, structured feedback to business stakeholders

Ensure agents consistently follow procedures and quality standards

Requirements:

Bilingual proficiency in French and English

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

Ability to work independently and quickly learn new technology platforms

Prior experience in Quality Assurance or Customer Support preferred

Familiarity with the financial industry preferred

Comfort working with intuitive, but not necessarily plug‑and‑play, tech tools

Nice to Have:

Background in contact center quality monitoring

Familiarity with financial services is a plus

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $30,000– $40,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
