Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate ambulance requests across the service area
• Dispatch and manage requests for emergency services
• Communicate with the Flight Team regarding air ambulance logistics
• Ensure precise logging of information amidst high volumes
• Adapt to changing priorities in emergency situations
Requirements:
• Current Emergency Medical Dispatcher (EMD) certificate
• Basic and advanced life support certifications
• Medical terminology coursework completion
• Excellent Windows computing skills
• Knowledge of local road networks and medical facilities
