Our client, a leading high-end design and luxury furniture retailer, is looking for a motivated Accounting and Operations Specialist to join their growing team. This dynamic role combines accounting, administrative, and operational responsibilities in a collaborative, design-driven workplace. Competitive salary range of $53,000–$57,000 with potential bonuses and profit sharing
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Process AP/AR, journal entries, reconciliations, and customer balance follow-ups
Support shipment and purchasing departments, including inventory coordination
Create POs and maintain accurate financial and operational records
Provide general office support: filing, reporting, and documentation




Offer backup coverage for reception and other administrative tasks as needed
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE 2+ years experience in accounting, bookkeeping with administrative support
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Comfort collaborating with internal teams and interacting with customers
Experience with Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/Sage or similar)
