We are hiring 1-2 full-time Montessori Teachers for our Pre-casa and Casa classrooms. In this in-person role, you will craft and implement nurturing lesson plans, observe and assess each child's development, and work collaboratively with fellow educators. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized lesson plans
• Ensure a secure and engaging classroom setting
• Monitor and communicate children's progress with parents
• Maintain records of classroom activities and incidents

Requirements:
• Montessori Diploma is necessary for application
• Experience working with children in an educational setting
• Proven time management and organizational skills
• Excellent classroom communication abilities
