Description Title: Agricultural/Commercial Loans Officer
Location: Virden

Responsibilities Reporting to the Branch Manager, responsible for credit granting within personal, agricultural, commercial, and mortgage areas.
Interview clients, assess creditworthiness, and authorize or decline loans based on established criteria.
Analyze financial statements, operating cycles, profit levels, cash flow, and other factors affecting loan viability and risk.
Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services, participating in branch campaigns to promote loan growth.




Establish and maintain member and non-member relationships to enhance the branch's profile.
Conduct systematic collection procedures and recommend actions to ensure fund safety and manage delinquency ratios.
