The successful candidate will operate injection molding machines and conduct essential maintenance while supporting shipping operations. This position is perfect for those who aspire to grow into a more technical injection molding role within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate injection molding machinery safely and efficiently
• Perform routine maintenance and clean work areas
• Monitor production quality and report defects
• Load and unload trucks using secure practices
• Package products and manage inventory organization
Requirements:
• Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
• Mechanically inclined with keen problem-solving skills
• Valid Forklift License or ability to get certified
• Capable of lifting up to 56 lbs (25 kg)
• Preference for candidates with 2+ years in manufacturing
