What You’ll Do

Address inquiries through phone or email

Manage resolution of disputes

Collaborate with various departments to guarantee order completion

Process orders

Generate quotations for products

Act as an intermediary between the company and the sales team

Monitor orders and notify about unavailable stock





Qualifications

High school diploma required (post-secondary education is preferred)

Great communication skills in English and French

Strong team player and communicator

Customer centric

2+ years of call center/customer service experience (B2B)
