Responsibilities

Plan an assigned group of owner‑operators and company drivers specifically our LCV – Long Combination Vehicle

Monitor and balance fleet miles among all units

Plan to meet specific mileage targets

Communicate with customers to set up loads

Work directly with customers to set up the movement of loads

Enter,



update, issue, and finalize purchase orders;

Resolve driver issues

Work with Pricing, Credit, Billing, and other departments

Shared responsibility for weekly, monthly, and yearly financial results

Other duties as required

Qualifications

Minimum High School diploma with a Community College certificate (up to one (1) year) in a related field or equivalent

Minimum of two (2) years experience dispatch preferably in a planning role

Two (2) years AS400 and multiple equipment dispatching preferred

Strong multi‑tasking and analytical skills

Ability to work with all levels within the organization
