As a dedicated Support Worker, you'll deliver essential personal care, life skills training, and companionship in a group home workplace. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct life skills training to enhance daily living
• Provide personal care and assistance as needed
• Organize and attend medical appointments for residents




• Maintain records through weekly updates and monthly summaries
• Help in developing individual care plans for residents

Requirements:
• Experience in brain injury or disability care
• Certification in Emergency First Aid and CPR Level A
• Relevant post-secondary education or experience
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Class 5 BC Driver's License and personal vehicle for client support
