Join our team as a Key Rehabilitation Care Worker in Langley. This full-time position focuses on supporting individuals with brain injuries through care and engagement.

As a dedicated Support Worker, you'll deliver essential personal care, life skills training, and companionship in a group home workplace. Collaborating with residents, you will maintain a safe and welcoming space that empowers them to lead fulfilling lives. You will manage practical tasks like scheduling appointments and writing care plans, ensuring residents have the support they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct life skills training to enhance daily living
• Provide personal care and assistance as needed
• Organize and attend medical appointments for residents




• Maintain records through weekly updates and monthly summaries
• Help in developing individual care plans for residents

Requirements:
• Experience in brain injury or disability care
• Certification in Emergency First Aid and CPR Level A
• Relevant post-secondary education or experience
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Class 5 BC Driver's License and personal vehicle for client support
