NRC is looking for a Labourer and Trades Helper to provide support in Saskatoon’s facility operations. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, conducting inspections, and managing inventory of maintenance supplies. The successful candidate will perform tasks that encompass safety compliance and coordination of contractors while lifting heavy materials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct lighting inspections and replace bulbs as necessary
• Move and install office furniture efficiently
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance tasks
• Monitor HVAC systems and record operational data
• Lift and move equipment and materials weighing up to 50 lbs
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• WHMIS Certification for safety practices
• 2 years experience in General Maintenance and Safety Compliance
• Familiarity with Mechanical Systems and Plumbing Repairs
• Government of Canada Reliability Clearance mandatory
