Responsibilities
Red Apple Stores is recruiting for an experienced Store Manager for our Fort Frances, ON location. If you are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven retail career with great growth potential, love serving customers and connecting with your local community this may be a great fit for you!

Overall responsibility for sales and profitability of the store.

Control expenses and manage customer relations.

Ensure customer service standards are maintained.

Ensure merchandise is filled and the store is easy to shop.

Follow all merchandise and marketing guidelines.

Recruit, train, develop, motivate and manage a team of Associates & Keyholders.





Set up ads properly and on time.

Receive and manage freight & deliveries.

Ensure all loss prevention policies and procedures are followed.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Experience

1–2 years retail management experience.

Grade 12 education or equivalent.

Career minded, a self‑starter, and customer oriented.

Ability to lead a team in a fast‑paced, multi‑task environment.

Strong communication, organisational, leadership, decision‑making and interpersonal skills.

Adaptable, super friendly, adaptable, efficient and skilled manner.
