As part of your responsibilities, you'll design and instruct six-week specialty programs that cater to diverse interests like arts and recreation. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and propose engaging program frameworks
• Provide coaching and supportive feedback to participants
• Ensure positive and clean program environments




• Promote relevant YMCA programs for participant wellness
• Adhere to all established YMCA policies and protocols

Requirements:
• Current Intermediate First Aid and CPR Level C certification
• Strong interest in health, fitness, and community service
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
• Preferred experience as a certified coach or instructor
