Overview
WildRush Ltd. is seeking a full-time, on-site Kayak Instructor based in Vancouver, BC. The Kayak Instructor will be responsible for leading kayaking and sea kayaking sessions, ensuring participants’ safety and enjoyment. Responsibilities include guiding groups,



facilitating outdoor education experiences, teaching paddling techniques, and assisting in trip planning. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining equipment, providing customer support, and ensuring a protected and engaging environment for diverse participants.

Qualifications

Strong skills and experience in Kayaking and Sea Kayaking

Experience with Backpacking and basic wilderness navigation is a plus

Ability to maintain and work with kayaking equipment

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

First aid and CPR certification preferred
