Bilingual Partner Development and Outreach Specialist (Northern Ontario)
Up With Women / Exponenti’elles “UWW/EXP” is a national charity dedicated to helping women and gender diverse individuals experiencing low income build a sustainable pathway out of poverty and realize their full potential. Its services are offered in the official languages of English and French across five provinces.

Overview
Reporting to the Manager, Partnership Development and Outreach, the Specialist will build and maintain trusting relationships with community partners to generate program applicants and meet outreach targets for UWW/EXP’s services in Northern Ontario, including Timmins, North Bay, Sudbury and surrounding areas.

Salary
Expected hiring salary range: $56,000 – $61,000.

Bilingual in French and English (both written and spoken)

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain new and existing partnerships with community agencies and service organizations in Northern Ontario

Prospect new relationships through cold‑calling, email campaigns, social media tools and other prospecting techniques

Deliver informative and engaging presentations to community partners virtually or in person





Assist in spreading brand awareness through lead generation activities, program events, job fairs, community education efforts and marketing campaigns

Plan, organize and help secure guest speakers for presentations

Monitor implementation of program processes and policies for high‑quality service delivery and continuous quality improvement

Maintain partner records in Salesforce and conduct regular data reviews to ensure completeness and accuracy

Run reports on key performance indicators and outcomes, and support program teams in understanding the outcomes of partner development and outreach activities for program planning

Support the management team in resolving issues and responding to sensitive inquiries and concerns from referral partners

Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications

4+ years of successful value/benefit propagation, relationship building or community outreach experience with a proven track record

Results‑driven with demonstrated ability to meet performance by deadlines

Experience with the prospecting process and the sales/partner development cycle

Robust expertise in client and community service with an orientation toward innovation and collaboration

Exceptional oral and written communication skills

Highly motivated, self‑driven, strategic thinker with strong analytical and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

<>Demonstrated sensitivity, relatability and emotional intelligence, with understanding of barriers faced by diverse community members including people with disabilities, LGBTQ,



low‑income and racialised groups

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce (or other CRM) and project management software

Perfectly bilingual French and English (both written and spoken)

Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s licence

Preferred Qualifications

Lived experience of poverty and intersecting barriers is an asset

Location
Based in Northern Ontario with responsibilities across Timmins, North Bay, Sudbury and surrounding regions.

4+ ans d’expérience réussie, orientation résultats, expertise en service à la clientèle, communication exceptionnelle, motivation élevée, adaptabilité, maîtrise du français et anglais, permis de conduire valide, véhicule personnel.

Expérience vécue de la pauvreté et des obstacles associés.
