This role requires at least a decade of experience in Residential Renovation or Recent Construction, along with a Red Seal Carpentry Ticket or readiness to challenge it. Candidates must be physically fit, own essential tools and PPE, and possess a valid BC Driver’s License for travel in the lower mainland.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate project progress under Construction Manager’s guidance
• Maintain site safety regulations at all times
• Execute carpentry duties: forming, framing, and finishing
• Assess and follow detailed site drawings
• Work in synergy with subcontractors for efficiency

Requirements:
• 10+ years of pertinent carpentry experience
• Red Seal Ticket or challenge eligibility required
• Personal tools and PPE ownership
• Vehicle and valid BC Driver's License for local travel
• Excellent English communication
