Under the guidance of the Line Leader or Production Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in monitoring equipment and maintaining quality production standards. Your expertise will guide team efforts in continuously improving manufacturing processes while ensuring compliance with required safety and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular compliance assessments in manufacturing
• Train team members and verify training effectiveness
• Advise on continuous improvement for production processes
• Manage procedures for equipment operations
• Analyze product quality issues and implement corrective actions

Requirements:
• Completion of a technical college diploma
• Minimum 1 year in a manufacturing environment
• Capability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable working around heavy machinery
• Exposure to a high-speed automated workplace
