Elevate care for residents with severe mental illness as a Team Leader at Phoenix Residential Society in Regina. Manage case files while providing crucial psychosocial support.

This full-time, permanent role seeks a dedicated individual with a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 1 to 2 years of experience. You’ll provide everyday support to 52 residents while managing your own caseload of 20–22. Responsibilities include organizing recreational activities and ensuring comprehensive case management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support individuals with severe mental illnesses
• Manage a caseload of 20-22 residents
• Facilitate educational and social group activities
• Aid in budgeting and monthly reporting tasks




• Conduct assessments to create Wellness Plans

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, sociology, or related discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in mental health support
• Robust skills in case management and organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lead group activities effectively
