Key Responsibilities:
• Perform minor repairs on various hardware and installations
• Execute essential tasks in carpentry, plumbing, and painting
• Maintain outdoor areas, ensuring safe access year-round
• Carry out any related tasks assigned by your supervisor

Requirements:
• Minimum of one year experience in a relevant role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs comfortably
• Solid judgment and ability to work independently
• Able to adapt to different outdoor working conditions
