Fir and Myrtle is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Supervisor

Terms of employment: Full time, Permanent

Working Hours: 30 – 44 hours/week

Number of Positions: 1

Work Location: 9A 102 Bow Meadows Crescent, Canmore, AB T1W 2W9

4% vacation pay

Job Duties

Monitor and organize inventory and place orders for merchandise as needed

Assign sales workers duties and shift schedules

Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes and staffing-related issues

Address customer complaints and resolve any related issues

Supervise sales staff in their daily tasks

Recruit and train new members of the sales team

Job Requirements

Experience: 1~2 years of sales experience is required

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
