Bellwoods Brewery is on the lookout for a energetic Head FOH Supervisor to support our brewpub's daily operations. You’ll lead the Front of House team, ensuring service excellence, staff coaching, and operational efficiency when the General Manager is unavailable. Your role is vital in fostering a positive culture and maintaining high service standards within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the restaurant floor’s service operations
• Act as primary service decision-maker in GM's absence
• Assist with staff training, onboarding, and coaching




• Inspire and mentor FOH staff to enhance performance
• Supervise cash handling and day-to-day procedures

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a brewpub
• Strong leadership and calm under pressure
• Proficient in cash handling and POS systems
• Ability to lift heavy objects safely
• Must possess a valid SmartServe Certification
