Drive the success of the packaging operations at McCain Foods as a Lead Hand in Coaldale, Alberta. This full time role focuses on leadership and operational support in a regulated setting.

You will be responsible for leading the packaging team while ensuring compliance with GMP and safety practices. Working alongside Production and Maintenance departments, you will translate your knowledge into effective team communication. Your leadership will be key in developing staff training programs and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct day-to-day operations of the packaging team
• Engage in talent development and team-building initiatives
• Ensure adherence to safety and GMP standards




• Maintain accurate documentation and operational metrics

Requirements:
• At least two years of packaging experience desirable
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, AS400, and InfinityQS software
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing methodologies
