This role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to execute programs that address residents' emotional, cognitive, and social needs. Your ability to foster positive interactions and create engaging activities will be pivotal in enriching our residents' daily experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement engaging programs based on assessments
• Maintain records and update care plans regularly
• Facilitate community outings and assess equipment needs
• Evaluate programs for effectiveness and adapt as needed
• Communicate effectively with residents and families

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in recreation, gerontology, or related fields
• Experience in senior care and program planning
• Solid organizational skills and computer literacy
• Knowledge of interRAI-LTCF; certification within a year
• Must provide a Vulnerable Sector Check
