You will be responsible for leading a team that delivers stellar customer service while managing both optical and lab processes efficiently. Your role includes providing product knowledge on eyewear selections and ensuring quality control for all finished eyewear.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the team in delivering outstanding customer service
• Assist customers with eyewear selections and recommendations
• Act as a responsible alternate key holder for store security




• Adjust and repair eyewear with precision and care
• Ensure compliance with optical standards in all eyewear

Requirements:
• High School diploma/GED and valid Opticianry license
• Solid experience in the optical and retail sectors
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with optical measurements and theories
• Experience in training and leading teams
