Take the lead as a Seasonal Head Cook at Ontario Pioneer Camp, Port Sydney, ON, from June 1 to September 4, 2026. Be responsible for kitchen management, meal prep, and staff coordination.

This full-time contract position requires culinary expertise and robust leadership skills. In this critical role, you will oversee meal planning, ensure the kitchen's cleanliness, and supervise both volunteers and kitchen staff. Effective guest interaction is also part of providing top-notch service during the camp season.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee meal preparation and kitchen operations daily
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen environment
• Interact with guests to enhance their dining experience




• Supervise kitchen volunteers and direct staff efforts
• Manage inventory and ordering processes

Requirements:
• Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
• Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably in camps
• Ability to pass a police reference check
• Willingness to adhere to InterVarsity’s Statement of Agreement
• Commitment through the summer season is essential
