This is a senior role within the Reclamation and Construction team providing technical leadership, senior review, professional oversight, mentoring, and support for complex reclamation, remediation, and construction projects throughout Western Canada. The role is responsible for ensuring technical quality, regulatory compliance, and defensible client deliverables while supporting staff development and project execution. This full time position requires a combination of office and field work (80/20 split) in a consultancy environment. Key Responsibilities: Assess project requirements and client needs to develop work plans, schedules, cost estimates, and technical strategies for construction, remediation, reclamation, and closure projects. Provide senior technical leadership and support for complex reclamation, remediation, and construction projects. Interpret site, regulatory, and environmental data to identify risks, issues, and technically defensible solutions. Plan, organize, and oversee project execution, including field programs,



subcontractors, and technical quality requirements. Conduct senior technical review of reports, assessments, regulatory submissions, and client deliverables. Provide professional sign-off of technical documents in accordance with professional and corporate requirements. Identify technical risks, data gaps, and regulatory issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Mentor, coach, and support staff in technical execution, report writing, project delivery, and professional development. Provide technical guidance to project teams, Project Managers, Service Group Managers, clients, and regulators.
