The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, improving processes, and stepping in where needed across the business.The role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable balancing leadership responsibilities with day-to-day operational involvement.RESPONSIBILITIESOperations & OversightOversee daily operations across customer service, purchasing, and warehouse functionsEnsure processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed and continuously improvedAct as a backup across key functions to maintain business continuityWarehouse & Inventory ManagementSupervise warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, and shippingManage and support warehouse staff on a day-to-day basisImplement and enforce SOPs to drive efficiency and accuracyOversee inventory control, including cycle counts and full inventory auditsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standardsStep in operationally during busy periods or staffing gaps as requiredPurchasing & Customer ServiceProvide support and backup to purchasing and order entry functionsOversee customer service processes to ensure smooth order flow and client satisfactionStaff ManagementManage scheduling, time-off requests,
