Miller is hiring a Fleet Mechanic (310T) to maintain our essential equipment and vehicles. Focus on diagnosis, repairs, and safety to keep our fleet running smoothly.

In this role, as a Licensed Mechanic (310T), you will service both light and heavy trucks, performing necessary repairs on and off-site. Your principles of safety will guide your efforts to maintain equipment and ensure a well-organized shop setting. You will also engage in decision-making for external repairs and contribute to a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair all fleet vehicles and equipment
• Provide on-road diagnostic and repair services
• Document all maintenance activities thoroughly
• Lead safety practices in the workplace
• Assist in overall shop maintenance and organization

Requirements:
• Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician license
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
• Tools necessary for performance of duties
• Flexibility for possible weekend shifts
• Commitment to a safety-first approach in all tasks
