Become an integral part of Silent-Aire as a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, ensuring all logistics operations proceed without a hitch. You'll focus on managing shipments, both incoming and outgoing, with precision.

As a Shipper/Receiver, you’ll report to the Inventory Supervisor and manage processes that are critical for business operations. Responsibilities include unloading items, ensuring all documentation is complete, and processing shipments efficiently. Your role will also involve coordinating with different carriers to schedule transport needs and maintaining the inventory of shipping supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Load and unload shipments safely and accurately
• Process all shipments in Sage with accuracy




• Prepare and schedule shipments for various carriers
• Audit the quality of incoming and outgoing goods
• Perform routine checks on shipping equipment

Requirements:
• Two years of experience in a similar role required
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent communication skills required
• Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
