This position located at TWU Langley demands a skilled administrator who excels in managing tasks with confidentiality and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule appointments and manage team calendars
• Handle travel arrangements and manage reimbursement reports
• Organize office documentation and administrative processes




• Oversee hospitality services for meetings and events
• Assist with project coordination and special events planning

Requirements:
• BA degree required or equivalent experience
• At least five years of senior-level administrative support
• Strong planning and organizing abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong commitment to TWU's Christian mission and values
