Responsibilities include performing clinical assessments, administering medication safely, and actively updating care plans. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide resident care and manage medication administration
• Conduct and document clinical care assessments




• Evaluate and revise care/service plans as needed
• Facilitate resident care conferences with the care team
• Support transfers and admissions for residents

Requirements:
• Must hold a Practical Nurse Diploma and valid provincial registration
• Over 3 years of experience in seniors’ health
• Current CPR training required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Leadership traits, with a focus on mentorship
