In the Retail Store Supervisor capacity, you will oversee staff including the design team and apprentices while managing sales duties. Your responsibilities include hiring staff, organizing training, and authorizing merchandise returns. Establishing effective work schedules and conducting performance evaluations will be key aspects of your supervisory role.
