1st Choice Savings is expanding and seeking an Associate of Member Development in Coaldale, AB. In this full-time position, you will manage communication and engage with the community.

This role, reporting to the Branch Manager, involves preparing documents, handling communications, and providing first contact services to staff and members. As a key player in our business development efforts, you will engage with technology to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and edit correspondence and documents accurately
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls for effective support
• Serve as a contact point for members and staff inquiries
• Facilitate business development through professional engagement
• Leverage technology for improved member service

Requirements:
• Prior experience in customer service preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a diplomatic approach
• Learn and adapt quickly to new technologies
• Interest in building community relationships
• Availability for full time hours at the Coaldale branch
